1. S1 graduate (from various disciplines) from a state university / private accredited.
2. Fill out a registration form which can be purchased at the Secretariat MM-CSR and complete the requirements:
2 (two) copies of transcript (which has been legalized)
2 (two) copies of diploma (which is already legalized)
6 (six) copies of color photographs size 3x4
6 (six) pieces 2x3 colored photograph
2 (two) copies of ID cards (2x)
Include two letters of recommendation from professors at S1 and / or head of institution / place of work for those already working (form letter of recommendation has been attached in the application form)
3. Pass the selection test
